Pricing
Two ways to pay. Same work either way.
Every Ejentic engagement has a fixed price. Pick that if you want a known number. Or pick outcome-share, and we get paid when your numbers move. The work, the timeline, and the team are identical. Only who carries the risk changes.
Fixed price
Best when you want certainty.
- One number, agreed up front.
- Half at kickoff, half at delivery.
- You own everything we build.
- Assessment fee credited to any implementation.
Outcome-share
Best when you'd rather we bet on the result.
- Reduced setup fee, typically 40–50% of fixed price.
- Plus 20–30% of verified savings or new revenue for 12 months.
- We agree on the metric and the baseline before work starts.
- You still own everything we build.
- Cap on total payout, agreed in writing, so there's no surprise.
How outcome-share works
- 01
Pick the metric.
Hours saved, revenue captured, calls answered, invoices reconciled. One number both sides can count.
- 02
Set the baseline.
We measure the current state during the Assessment. That's the line we get paid above.
- 03
Build and measure.
Same pilot-prove-scale process. Monthly report shows the metric against baseline.
- 04
Settle monthly.
You pay the share on what the report shows. If it shows nothing, you pay nothing on the share.
Who this is for
Outcome-share fits a business with a clear, countable bottleneck: a business losing calls, a team re-keying data between systems, a finance group hand-typing documents into models. It does not fit a project where the value is strategic and hard to count. We'll tell you which on the first call, and we'll say no to outcome-share if we don't think the metric is honest.
Why we can offer this
Because we build what we recommend. Jasen also founded Valuationz, a product built on patent-pending technology for moving financial information from source documents into valuation models. We know what it takes to move a number, not just promise one.
Outcome-share terms, including the metric, baseline, share percentage, cap, and measurement method, are set in a written agreement before work begins.
What would change if this stopped coming back to your desk?
